To meet different requirement of production operation, ultrasonic operation can be control by hand (means handheld ultrasonic welder), pneumatic cylinder system or servo motor system. Handheld ultrasonic welder also is called as portable ultrasonic welder, which normally applied for spot welding, plastic stating or cutting by manual human operation. It is welcomed because of its small dimension, light weight as well as economical equipment investigation. Pneumatic cylinder controlled ultrasonic welder applies compressed air pressure to force welding by cylinder, which achieves high operation efficiency and high welding strength. Servo ultrasonic welder applies servo motor system to force welding achieve high precision control in welding depth and pressure.
