Machine applies expert pressure test system to finished test and HMI to set test parameter.
I.?Function:
1.?Blasting test: test welding quality strength of a sealed part by a minimum pressure pressure. If no blasting happens, the parts is qualified, if blasting happens, then parts is not qualified;
2.?Test air tight of parts: station system fill air to a sealed part, when pressure reached the set value, then stop filling air and keep parts sealed for a fix time length. If the value of pressure dropping is in the set limit range, then the past past test, if over than the limit range, then the part can not past test.
3.?System applies green indicator to show qualified test result and red indicator to show failed test result;
4.?System clamp and seal parts hole automatically, and fill compressed air automatically by system;
5.?Station can be applied to test different parts in limited size through changing-over fixtures.
