MSV-IR series vibration welding machine can applied both MSV-LS series vibration system or MSV-SF series vibration system according to customer requirement. MSV-IR series machines most applied for tail lamp welding.
CNZHENBO | MP Sonic specifies MSV-650LS-IR?（40KG）?and MSV-730LS-IR?（70KG）?and standard specification, which can covers mostly of welding demand in the market. And if special requirement, we can develop IR system onto others vibration specification to meet actual demand.
I. Main Features:
1. MSV-LS-IR series (IR equipped vibration welder with normal vibration system) is with all features of MSV-LS series vibration welders;
MSV-SF-IR series (IR equipped vibration welder with super-high frequency vibration system) is with all features of MSV-SF series vibration welders;
2. 8 sets of IR system applied. The power supply for IR preheating is specially designed by MP Sonic with the advantages of high-power output ability, stable and accurate temperature control.
3. Preheating is voltage controlled, system is with over-voltage and over-current protection.
